One assistant
for all your company's work
CreateX brings chats, meetings, projects, knowledge and business apps into one place — with an AI assistant that knows your company at the center.
Say it once. Consider it done.
Every employee gets an AI assistant of their own. It can see your calendar, tasks, meetings, approvals, files and mailbox, reads attachments and web pages, and only needs you to say what you want.
One request, one card
Meetings, events, tasks, approval requests, emails, announcements: each gets its own card showing exactly what will be created, and for whom. Nothing happens until you confirm.
Digital staff do the heavy lifting
Documents, analysis and work inside business apps go straight to digital staff. A single progress card tracks the job from start to finish, and if it needs something from you, you answer right on the card.
It remembers how you work, and why
Preferences, work context and current focus are each labeled as added by you or remembered by the assistant, along with the words they came from. Only you and your assistant can see them, and you can edit or delete any of it.

An AI project manager keeps it moving
Every collaboration space has its own AI project manager. It pins down the goal and what “done” means, drafts a plan in stages, then assigns the work, follows up and checks what comes back. People step in only to decide.
Questions first, then a plan
It nails down scope, deadline and acceptance criteria, writes them into the project brief and proposes a plan in stages. No tasks are created until the owner clicks Adopt plan.
People and digital staff, side by side
Assign tasks to colleagues, or to digital staff who start right away. It checks AI deliverables against the acceptance criteria and sends them back with specific feedback when they fall short.
Nudges only when they matter
Every morning it looks for overdue and stuck work, and only @-mentions people when it needs a decision or input. Board, plan and members, all at a glance.

Meetings that write their own minutes
Run voice meetings right in CreateX, with screen sharing, captions and a live transcript labeled by speaker. Meeting in a room? Record on one laptop or phone and get a live transcript there too.
Every line has a name
Everyone joins from their own device, so each line of the transcript is labeled by account. When several people share one laptop in a meeting room, their lines are marked “in room.”
Minutes in six parts
Summary, decisions, action items, risks and issues, next steps, and notes. The host reviews them and publishes them for every participant to read.
Follow-ups with receipts
Task drafts are pulled from the minutes, each quoting the sentence it came from, with an owner and a due date. The host confirms, and they're assigned and tracked.
- JJason Lam · 10:02Today we confirm whether the client portal can launch on 15 November.
Ask anything. See the source.
Add policies, contracts, price lists and technical documents to the knowledge base, and your people can simply ask their assistant. Answers draw only on folders the person asking can open, and every quote is cited.
One click to the original
Click a citation and a side panel opens on the exact passage — highlighted on the page for PDFs and scans, down to the cell for spreadsheets.
Quotes checked before you see them
Each quote is checked against the stored text before the answer appears, and marked Verbatim or Unverified.
Reads what you actually have
PDFs, scans, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and images — tables cell by cell, charts as data. Bulk-import straight from your company NAS.

Hang up. The follow-ups are drafted.
Direct messages, group chats and voice calls all live in CreateX. Calls are transcribed live; afterward, your assistant reads the transcript and turns what you agreed on into cards for you to confirm.
Calls with transcripts
Call a colleague from your chat in one click. The live transcript is visible only to the two of you. Group chats can start a group call, and joining is optional.
Promises don't slip
After the call, your assistant writes a short summary and drafts up to three cards for each person: the task you promised, the meeting you set, the reminder you need. Small talk produces nothing.
@-mention it in a group
@My Assistant in a group chat and it lists everything the group needs to follow up on, with owners, for everyone to see.
You agreed to revise Client B's quote with the new discount, and you'll send it over.
I drafted a card for what you agreed on the call. Nothing happens until you confirm:

Plan, report, approve —
all in one place
Calendars and tasks, weekly and monthly reports, 20-plus approval templates, plus company email and automations. Your assistant is one click away on every page.
See the approval chain before you submit
Leave, expenses, travel, purchasing, company seal… the full approval chain shows before you submit, with conditions, extra approvers, transfers and reminders. Approvals from business apps land here too.
Reports that start themselves
Following your company's reporting policy, your assistant drafts the report from the period's tasks and events. You edit, then submit.

Business systems you can just talk to
HR, Contracts, Finance Center and Construction — plus Customer management on request — open inside CreateX with the same account and permissions.
Ask, and it's done
Every app has its own digital staff. Say “create a travel expense claim” and your assistant hands it to Finance Center's digital staff, working with your permissions.
One approvals inbox
Approvals raised in HR, Finance Center, Contracts and Customer management all land in Approvals and show up in Pending.
Admins decide who gets what
Admins choose whether each app is open to the whole company, to specific departments or to named people, and set each person's role in the app.

Your assistant, right on your computer
On the desktop, your assistant can find and read files on your computer, and create or organize files in a folder you choose. On your phone, you can confirm, meet and call from anywhere.
Three levels of trust
Ask every time, automatic in the folder, or full trust — and admins can cap the highest level the company allows.
Risky actions always ask
Deleting files, network commands, changes outside the folder and sensitive files like passwords and keys always trigger a prompt, whatever the level — with the exact command one click away.
Meetings on your phone
The Android app joins CreateX Meetings, makes voice calls, records in-room meetings and lets you confirm cards and approvals anywhere. The iPhone app is in development.
